We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
All products are handcrafted luxury candles.
Slight variations in color, fragrance, or design may occur due to handmade nature and lighting differences.
Such variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per order
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
LUME does not store card or banking details.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
LUME is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in case of:
Damaged product
Wrong product delivered
Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Customized, used, or discounted products are non-returnable.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Branding
are the property of LUME and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
LUME shall not be liable for:
Allergic reactions to fragrances
Improper candle usage
Damage caused due to misuse
Customers must follow proper candle safety instructions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jharkhand, India.
