1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Customized orders may take 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Locations: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner and location.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
5. Delays
LUME is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Natural disasters
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
6. Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged:
Record an unboxing video
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
LUME – Luxury Candles

To provide convenience to our customers, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
1. COD Availability
COD is available on selected pin codes across India.
COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
2. COD Charges
Additional COD handling charges may apply (if mentioned at checkout).
Orders above a certain value may not be eligible for COD.
3. Order Confirmation
If a customer does not respond to confirmation calls/messages, the order may be cancelled.
4. Refusal of COD Orders
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order:
Future COD orders may be restricted.
LUME reserves the right to cancel or block repeated fake orders.
5. Returns for COD Orders
Refunds for COD orders (if approved) will be processed via:

UPI
Customer must provide correct bank details for refund processing.
