At LUME, each candle is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
1. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Product received damaged
Wrong item delivered
Product missing from order
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Photos of the product
Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
Used candles
Customized / personalised candles
Sale or discounted items
Change of mind
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method
In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
